The Australian charts are being updated this month and will be current from the 28th of May. We’ve invested in some really neat technology and made the download sizes three times less than what they were.
Map downloads will be three times faster, take up three times less space. Updated data will be available for download later next week. Once downloaded, AvPlan EFB will automatically switch over to use it at the correct time.
AvPlan EFB 5.0.1 also does not stop you entering the app with an expired database or expired charts, when using AvPlan EFB in New Zealand or the United States. So now if you miss an update you can still use AvPlan EFB.
